The 45th International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO) conference and exhibition concluded its 3-day activities, with the participation of over 400 delegates from 36 countries.
As part of its Community Engagement initiative, Tamkeen has organised a “Community Partnership” event, where it reviewed gains of its partnership with local community organisations and briefed them on its strategy for the next stage.
Tamkeen and Bahrain Technology Companies Society (BTECH) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to cooperate on discussing means to support and develop information and communications technology (ICT) firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
As part of its continued efforts to connect with different stakeholders and engage with youth initiatives that feed into Tamkeen’s strategic objectives, Tamkeen organised its 3rd meeting with youth representatives from the various youth societies in the Kingdom.
As part of its efforts to support enterprises and provide them with continued growth and development opportunities, Tamkeen held the second edition of its successful “Kun Muntijan” (Be Productive) initiative on March 19, 2016. The initiative comes as part of a series of interactive events which aim to help micro-enterprises become more aware of the support and solutions available to them and this was held in partnership with various governmental institutions, banks and organisations in the kingdom.
In a graduation ceremony, Tamkeen honoured the first batch the Intelaaq Business Student Consultancy Programme comprising of 17 students.
