Aspire is an initiative that aims to support national talent currently employed in jobs that do not match their academic qualifications, by providing training programs to support their career progression and promotion.

Employees can register their interest to be enrolled in the program, and employers can register their employees under the Wage Increment Program.  

Employees who believe they are suitable candidates for this program and fit the eligibility criteria, can register their interest through the “register Interest” button below.  

We will review their details and take the necessary steps with their employers. 

• Employee’s current wage is below BHD 600  
• Employee must be employed at the enterprise for at least 12 months  
• Employee is currently in a job role below their academic qualification 
• The increment must not be less than 20% of the current wage  

Wage Increment: Tamkeen will support 100% of the wage increment for 24 months up to the approved cap through the Wage Increment Program. 

Training: Tamkeen will support 100% of the training program costs directly linked to promotions up to the approved  cap through the Enterprise Training Support Program.
