نفخر بتكريم الرئيس التنفيذي للتكنولوجيا في تمكين، السيدة نجمة الوادي وحصولها على جائزة المرأة العربية في الأمن السيبراني لعام 2025، التي تم تقديمها خلال المؤتمر والمعرض العربي الدولي للأمن السيبراني 2025، المقام في مملكة البحرين تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلمان بن حمد آل خليفة، ولي العهد، نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، ورئيس مجلس الوزراء حفظه الله.

وقد شاركت السيدة نجمة في جلسة نقاشية بعنوان "المرأة في قيادة الأمن السيبراني: الجيل القادم"، والتي تناولت دور القيادات النسائية في رسم مستقبل الأمن السيبراني، واستعرضت أبرز التحديات والفرص الناشئة في هذا القطاع، مؤكدةً أهمية تعزيز دور الكفاءات النسائية في قيادة التحول الرقمي وتعزيز المرونة السيبرانية في المنطقة.

With great pride, we celebrate the recognition of Najma Alwadi, Chief Technology Officer at Tamkeen, on receiving the Arab Women in Cybersecurity Award 2025, presented during the Arab International Cybersecurity Conference and Exhibition 2025, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister.

Ms. Alwadi also participated as a panelist in a session titled “Women in Cyber Leadership: The Next Generation,” which explored the role of female leaders in shaping the future of cybersecurity, highlighted key challenges and emerging opportunities in the sector, and emphasized the importance of empowering female talent to lead digital transformation and strengthen cyber resilience across the region.

The launch of the SME Growth Fund through the signing of strategic partnership agreements between the Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Al Salam Bank, and Tamkeen on the sidelines of the Gateway Gulf Forum 2025, aimed at providing financing solutions for Bahraini small and medium enterprises.

تم خلال منتدى بوابة الخليج 2025 توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع شركة StartupBootcamp لإطلاق برنامج مسرّعة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتأهيل 160 رائد عمل بحريني لبناء حلول تقنية مبتكرة وجاهزة للتسويق، الأمر الذي سيسهم في تعزيز مكانة مملكة البحرين كمركز إقليمي لريادة الأعمال والابتكار ودعم نمو المؤسسات التقنية الناشئة.

During the Gulf Gateway Forum 2025, a collaboration agreement was signed with StartupBootcamp to launch the AI Accelerator program and train 160 Bahraini entrepreneurs to develop innovative, market-ready tech solutions, contributing to strengthening Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, and supporting the growth of emerging tech enterprises in the market.
