This program aims to empower Bahrainis to advance in their careers by providing wage support for enterprises looking to employ Bahrainis in mid and executive jobs in the private sector.

This enables enterprises to employ talented leadership while helping Bahrainis progress in their careers. 

For enterprises    

• Enterprise must have an active CR/license 
• Enterprise must not have violations from Tamkeen or LMRA 

For employees   

• Employee must be a Bahraini national 

For mid-level jobs:    

• Minimum wage for mid-level jobs is BHD 800  
• Employee must be employed in a supervisory or managerial role reporting directly to the senior management or executive leadership.  

For executive jobs:  

• Minimum wage for executive jobs is BHD 2,000  
• Employee must be employed in an executive or senior management role reporting directly to the enterprise Chief Executive or Board of Directors.  

We will support 50% of the wages of new employees in mid-level and executive positions as per the approved cap amount for a period of 24 months.
