The Professional Certification Program offers individuals an opportunity to enhance their skills and build their competencies through attaining internationally accredited professional certificates related to their area of expertise.
This program powers the upskilling of the national workforce to ensure their adaptability to the changes in the labor market and prepare them for the jobs of the future.

- Meets the requirements of the awarding body and training program

Support Mechanism
We will support 100% of the training program costs such as exam fees, membership fees, study materials and tuition where applicable and up to the approved cap amount.

How can I apply for this program?
Individuals can apply for this program through Tamkeen’s portal.

What information and documents do I need to prepare before applying?
- Highest academic degree
- Training provider acceptance letter
- Training program Invoice/quotation
- Resume
- Commercial Registration (mandatory for entrepreneurs)
- Job description signed and stamped by the employer (mandatory for employees)
- The employee’s progression plan (optional)
- Program brochure/information material (optional)

What are the steps required after obtaining the support approval?
After receiving the approval, you will need to provide confirmation on the program terms and conditions through the portal, then start the training program.
After completing the training program successfully and receiving the certificate, you will need to submit the payment request through the portal.

Can I apply to study another professional certification as soon as I successfully complete my current professional training?
No, you can benefit from the Professional Certification Program once every 12 months.

If I currently have an approved professional certification application before the enhanced version of the program was launched, yet I did not start the course, will I be able to benefit from the enhanced version?
You can get in touch with us through any of our customer service channels to evaluate the status of your application and advise on the best way forward.

What happens if I withdraw from the program or don’t pass the exam or assessment required to obtain the certificate?
We will only cover the cost of the training program upon successful completion of the program and achieving the certificate from the awarding body. You may repeat the exam if necessary, however we will not cover the cost of booking repeat exams.
