About the Program

This program provides training and upskilling opportunities for jobseekers nominated by the Ministry of Labour to increase their competitiveness and facilitate their entry to the labor market.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individual must be a Bahraini national
- Individual must be18 years of age or older
- Individual must be a jobseeker nominated by the Ministry of Labour
- Individual must meet the training course’s eligibility criteria set by Tamkeen (eligibility criteria vary between training courses and will be assessed by Tamkeen during application stage)
Support Mechanism

We will support 100% of the training program costs for work-readiness, employability skills and professional certifications.

How can I apply for this program?

Bahraini candidates can visit the Ministry of Labour to enroll in the training program, and once nominated by the ministry, they will be able to apply through Tamkeen’s portal.
What information and documents do I need to prepare before applying?
Mandatory Documents:
- Highest Academic Degree
- Invoice / Quotation
- Training Provider Acceptance Letter
When can the individual or training provider submit the payment request for the cost of the training course?

The payment request can be submitted through the portal upon the successful completion of the training program and obtaining the certification.
What happens if I withdraw from the program or don’t pass the exam or assessment required to obtain the certificate?

We will only cover the cost of the training program upon successful completion of the program and achieving the certificate from the awarding body.

You may repeat the exam if necessary, however we will not cover the cost of booking repeat exams.
