In an effort to continue to enhance our services and offer you the best customer experience, we will be upgrading our portal. The updated portal will enhance our customers’ experience and will introduce highly requested features, such as an Arabic version of the portal as well as a simplification of the application process.

With that, we will be suspending all portal activities from the 31st of August. We will be sure to announce updates on our progress through our official channels, and our team is always available through any of our support channels if you have any questions or require clarification.

Note that this will not impact any of our current, and you will have an opportunity to apply as soon as services re-open.

What does this mean for you?

• You will not be able to create new applications, payment requests, or claim forms during the suspension.
• If you have a draft application, payment request, or claim form, you will need to log into the portal to complete any pending processes and submit them. Any applications or requests still in draft as of the 31^st of August will automatically be canceled.
• If you have an application that has been sent back by Tamkeen for amendments, you must complete the requirements prior to August 31^st. Any sent back applications that have not been resubmitted by the 31^st of August will be automatically cancelled.
• If you have an approved application that is pending your final confirmation, you will have to log into the portal and click approve on the approval letter that highlights the terms and conditions of the support program. Any applications that have not been confirmed by the 31^st of August will be automatically canceled.
