By leading cross-functional execution, aligning internal and external stakeholders, establishing product governance, and ensuring that product decisions are informed by evidence, user needs, and organizational priorities, this role is responsible for the development of effective, scalable, and high-impact digital platforms. The role requires expertise in product leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and performance oversight to ensure Skills Bahrain remains at the forefront of skills-related digital innovation.

Proactively originate and manage a pipeline of projects and initiatives within the Tourism sector with the aim of achieving pre-defined KPIs with respect to Tamkeen’s support mechanisms, while maintaining effective cross-functional interaction to ensure successful project delivery.

The planning specialist role supports strategy execution, partnership coordination and performance tracking. The role ensures that initiatives are tracked, stakeholders are aligned and insights are generated. A planning specialist builds clear, decision-ready outputs such as concept papers and strategic reports by synthesizing labor market intelligence, international benchmarks and internal insights. The role is also responsible for drafting and maintaining performance and evaluation documentation that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

The Specialist contributes to translating Skills Bahrain’s strategic objectives into user-centered digital solutions that help stakeholders discover skills, access training and higher education pathways, connect with providers, and navigate employment and placement opportunities. By engaging users, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and documenting product requirements, and supporting delivery across cross-functional teams, the role contributes to the development of effective, scalable, and high-impact digital products. The role requires knowledge of product management, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement, working under the guidance of the Associate Director.

The purpose of this role within the data and insights department is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based insights that support leadership decision-making and strategic planning in Tamkeen. This role will primarily ensure the delivery of research workstreams, including the development of management and research briefs, by observing, analyzing, and reporting on relevant market and economic trends, translating data into actionable intelligence to support policy and business decisions. This role will also support the continuous enhancement of analytical tools to ensure their accuracy and relevance, while contributing to strategic research engagements and partnerships with key stakeholders. In addition, the role will support knowledge dissemination through publications and other channels, working closely with the Data Unit to transform data into insights and strengthen overall research capabilities and evidence-based decision-making.

Deliver comprehensive administrative and office management support while assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling, coordination, and organizational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.
