Description:
To support the planning, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of skills products and services that enable skills development and career progression. The Specialist contributes to translating Skills Bahrain’s strategic objectives into user-centered digital solutions that help stakeholders discover skills, access training and higher education pathways, connect with providers, and navigate employment and placement opportunities. By engaging users, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and documenting product requirements, and supporting delivery across cross-functional teams, the role contributes to the development of effective, scalable, and high-impact digital products. The role requires knowledge of product management, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement, working under the guidance of the Associate Director.
