To set the strategic direction, oversee the delivery, and monitor the performance of digital products and services that support skills development and career progression. The role translates Skills Bahrain’s strategic objectives into a coherent product vision, roadmap, governance approach, and delivery model for user-centered digital solutions that help stakeholders discover skills, access training and higher education pathways, connect with providers, and navigate employment and placement opportunities. By leading cross-functional execution, aligning internal and external stakeholders, establishing product governance, and ensuring that product decisions are informed by evidence, user needs, and organizational priorities, this role is responsible for the development of effective, scalable, and high-impact digital platforms. The role requires expertise in product leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and performance oversight to ensure Skills Bahrain remains at the forefront of skills-related digital innovation.
