-
About the Program
This program provides a full wage subsidy for the first three months of employment to support enterprises in hiring Bahraini jobseekers with no prior work experience.
By offering financial support at the start of employment, the initiative aims to encourage employers to onboard first-time employees and provide Bahraini jobseekers with no prior work experience with opportunities to enter the labour market.
Upon completion of the three-month program, and starting from the 4th month, the employee will be enrolled in the National Employment Program, and support will be subject to the program’s terms and conditions.
