About the Program
The Global Ready Talent program supports overseas placement and work opportunities for Bahrainis to help them gain valuable work experience, develop their skills and gain exposure to international work environments.
We aim to provide an opportunity for Bahrainis to enhance their skills and accelerate their career development through connections with recognized multinational corporations (MNCs).

Support Mechanism
We will cover part of the employee’s monthly wage during the placement as well as part of the travel costs associated with the placement for a period of 3 to 12 months depending on the placement and up to the approved cap amounts.

Eligibility Criteria
For individuals:
- Individual must be a Bahraini national
- Individual must be 18 years of age or older
- Individual must not be the enterprise owner
- Individual must not be an outsourced employee
- Individual must not have a first or second-degree relationship with the employer
For local enterprises:
- Enterprise holds an active Commercial Registration (CR) from MOIC or an active license from the relevant regulatory authority
- Enterprise must not have violations from Tamkeen, LMRA, or any other relevant government entity
- Enterprise must be classified as a large enterprise
- Government entities such as Ministries, Authorities, and Councils are ineligible for the program
For host enterprises:
- Enterprise must be a reputable multi-national/international company
- Enterprise must be classified as a large enterprise as per definition of the relevant authorities in the host country

There is no specific list of companies. The Global Ready Talent program team proactively targets multinational companies in Bahrain and abroad and connects them with potential candidates. If you have a specific opportunity in mind, please reach out to our team by filling the form.

What type of jobs are supported, and what industries or sectors are covered within the program?
All non-administrative jobs are eligible for consideration. If you have an opportunity that you would like Tamkeen to support, please reach out to our team by filling the form with the details.
With regards to sectors, Tamkeen will provide support to applicants within high potential sectors, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and the job listing is approved.

If I have an international job offer, how can I benefit from the support?
Tamkeen will support part of the wage and travel expenses up to the approved cap amounts for a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months.

If I have already started a job abroad, will I be able to benefit from this program?

Can I enroll to this program if I don’t have any working experience?
If you are an individual/jobseeker and meet the eligibility criteria, you can register your interest by filling in the form.

Is there a minimum duration for international placements?
Yes, the duration of the placement must be between 3 – 12 months.

If the host is a company that has no operations in Bahrain, will Tamkeen still extend support to these placements?
Yes, Tamkeen will provide support for eligible placements made within the program, regardless of the base of operations of the business. The duration of the support is subject to the program’s caps and policies.
