We are happy to introduce updates to our Leadership Employment Program and Enterprise Training Support Program with the purpose of maximizing their impact on the career development for national talent across various sectors and enabling them to stay abreast of labor market changes.

ضمن برنامج التدريب العملي العالمي، وقّع صندوق العمل (تمكين) اتفاقية مع الجامعة الأمريكية في البحرين لتوفير فرص تدريبية لعدد من طلبة الجامعة في المنظمة الأوروبية للأبحاث النووية (سيرن) ولمدة عام كامل.

As part of its Global Ready Talent Program, the Labour Fund Tamkeen signed an agreement with the American University in Bahrain (AUBH) to provide training opportunities for its students at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) for a full year.

‎وتقوم تمكين بمتابعة المؤسسات المستفيدة والتواصل مع الموظفين بشكل مباشر لضمان تطبيق شروط وأحكام برامج الدعم.

As part of Tamkeen’s ongoing efforts to ensure the optimal use of the support programs,a series of inspection visits were conducted in the month of April, and the necessary measures were taken.

Tamkeen ensures conducting regular follow-ups and visits to measure the adherence to the program’s terms and conditions.

‏Since launching the doctors support initiative, Tamkeen has supported 255 new doctors enter the workforce, in addition to wage increments for employed doctors and incentives for hospitals with 25% Bahrainization rates. For more information about this initiative, visit our website.

Tamkeen is supporting the financial services sector by helping PwC establish its first Regional Service Center in Bahrain. The global firm will be supported with the employment of Bahraini nationals, training, wages, and business development.

وقّعت تمكين اتفاقية شراكة لدعم التدريب الدولي للبحرينيين مع “UpGradelle” في مجالات الهندسة وتقنية المعلومات وذلك ضمن برنامج التدريب العملي العالمي.

Tamkeen signed a partnership agreement to support international training for Bahrainis in engineering and ICT with UpGradelle, as part of the Global Ready Talent Program.
