About the program
The program is designed in collaboration with Harvard Business Impact, to nurture the capabilities of high-potential Bahraini nationals working in executive and senior leadership positions within the private sector.
The Program aims to strengthen leadership capabilities by developing the skills and mindset required for leaders to thrive in a rapidly changing world. It adopts a participant centered approach that encourages real-world applications and focuses on key leadership areas, including decision making, communication, and influence.
The learning experience is designed to be impactful and lasting, while being tailored to Bahrain’s specific leadership development priorities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Employee must be employed in the private sector.
- Employee must have a minimum of 7 years of total professional experience where a minimum of 3 years is in a leadership capacity.
- Employee must be registered in the SIO under the same company
- Employee must be employed in a senior leadership or executive level position.
- Employee must be a Bahraini national aged 55 years old or below

Support Mechanism
- We will support 100% of training costs for employees working in eligible small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- We will cover 50% of the training costs for employees working in large enterprises, with the remaining amount to be covered by the enterprise.

When will the program dates be announced?
Program dates and the detailed schedule will be communicated to shortlisted/selected participants during the selection process.

Does nomination guarantee acceptance into the program?
No. All nominations will be reviewed against the program’s eligibility and selection requirements. Eligible applicants will proceed through the selection process, which will include an assessment to determine suitability for the program.

What financial support is provided under the program?

How long is the program?
The program consists of three modules delivered over a period of three months.

How will the program be delivered?
The program follows a blended learning approach combining face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, independent pre-work, and workplace application activities.

What does each module include?
Each module includes assigned pre-work, a two-day face-to-face workshop, virtual integration and case or simulation sessions, and tools to support the practical application of learning in the workplace.

Where will the face-to-face sessions take place?
Face-to-face sessions will be delivered in Bahrain by Harvard Business Impact faculty and facilitators.

Will participants be required to complete work outside the workshops?
Yes. Participants will be expected to complete assigned readings, videos, podcasts, and application exercises before each module, in addition to applying their learning in the workplace.

Are there virtual sessions as part of the program?
Yes. Each module includes virtual learning sessions, including an integration session and a case discussion or simulation.

Is there a final session at the end of the program?
Each module combines pre-work, a two-day face-to-face workshop, virtual integration and case/simulation sessions, and workplace application activities. Following completion of the three modules, participants will attend a virtual capstone session as the final component of the program.
