Description:
The purpose of this role within the data and insights department is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based insights that support leadership decision-making and strategic planning in Tamkeen. This role will primarily ensure the delivery of research workstreams, including the development of management and research briefs, by observing, analyzing, and reporting on relevant market and economic trends, translating data into actionable intelligence to support policy and business decisions. This role will also support the continuous enhancement of analytical tools to ensure their accuracy and relevance, while contributing to strategic research engagements and partnerships with key stakeholders. In addition, the role will support knowledge dissemination through publications and other channels, working closely with the Data Unit to transform data into insights and strengthen overall research capabilities and evidence-based decision-making.
