The Labour Fund ‘Tamkeen’s Customer Service Center in Seef Mall has recently been awarded with the Golden Trophy amongst 8 other centers in the second edition of “Taqyeem” program led by the Government Service Center Evaluation Committee.
The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” has extended the registration period of the 6th edition of Mashroo3i Youth Business Competition, for the year 2019 – 2020, due to the high the demand where the applications reached more than 150 application, until February 15th, 2020. This extension is granted to allow a larger segment of the Bahraini youth to join the comprehensive program that will enable them to transform their business ideas into successful entrepreneurial projects.
Experts and stakeholders in the ICT sector stressed the importance of Tamkeen’s role in supporting this sector as it accelerates business, provides quality jobs for Bahrainis, and supports the process of digital transformation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
As part of its ongoing efforts to guide Bahraini youth and introduce them to the job market, the labour fund “Tamkeen” relaunches a revamped version of its magazine “Discover Life” with a new distinctive look that’s more in line with the current technological advancements. The relaunch was announced during Alayam’s 26th edition of the Cultural Book Festival, which is held in strategic partnership with Tamkeen.
The chairman of the Labour Fund Tamkeen, His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed Bin Essa Al-Khalifa, emphasized the importance of the annual Consultation Forum as it falls in line with Tamkeen’s efforts to enhance its support programs. The forum invited all partners from the various sectors in Bahrain, including startups, SMEs, individuals, and other stakeholders that play an important role in Bahrain’s economy to share their feedbacks.
Labor Fund “Tamkeen” is hosting its annual Public Consultation Forum next Monday, on December 23rd, at The Gulf Hotel. The forum is in line with Tamkeen’s continuous efforts to connect with its customers by directly engaging with them and discuss strategies and programs to improve their services based on the market’s dynamic needs.
