Tamkeen announces the launch of its Business Continuity Support Program

Following the Royal Directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to unite the national efforts to combat the repercussions of the Coronavirus in order to the preserve the health and safety of the citizens and residents of Bahrain, while continuing the country’s programs and its working process to achieve its sustainable development goals, and following the government's decisions led by the Prime Minister of Bahrain His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and supported by the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, by announcing an economic stimulus package to support citizens and the private sector in light of the current situation, His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, the Chairman of Labour Fund Tamkeen announced the launch of the Business Continuity Support Program.

Tamkeen’s Board of Directors discusses growth opportunities in the private sector and review the Business Continuity Support Program Proposal

The Board of Directors of the Labour Fund ‘Tamkeen’ reviewed the proposal of the Business Continuity Support Program which Tamkeen is providing as part of its ongoing national efforts to combat the repercussions of the Corona Virus and the impact it has caused on economic levels.  This is in accordance with the Royal Directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Registration for the 6th edition of Mashroo3i Youth Business Competition ends with over 185 applications

The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” has witnessed a remarkable turnout in applications for the 6^th edition of Mashroo3i Youth Business Competition with over 185 teams registered to take part in the competition. Subsequent to the end of registration, the Evaluation Committee of “Mashroo3i” have selected 132 qualified teams to join the comprehensive program fashioned to transform their business ideas into successful entrepreneurial projects. The outstanding volume of applicants further illustrates the notable growth of the entrepreneurial sector as well as the positive impact in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s private sector.

Tamkeen Launches the Solar Financing Scheme as part of its Tamweel Scheme to help organizations save on energy

The Labour Fund ‘Tamkeen’ signs a partnership agreement with several leading banks in Bahrain with plans to launch the Solar Financing Scheme as part of Tamkeen’s Tamweel Scheme to empower enterprises and enable them to purchase solar energy panels to generate energy which in turn will help them reduce their costs.
