About the Program
This program is designed to support enterprises in their digital transformation journey by facilitating the adoption and advancement of digital technologies that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall competitiveness.
The program provides support for the adoption of scalable digital solutions and services that align with business activities and drive sustainable growth and digital transformation.
Support is limited to software solutions and services. The program does not cover other hardware, devices, training costs, or basic productivity tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Enterprise must be classified as a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise as per the definition set by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce
- Enterprise must hold an active Commercial Registration (CR) from MOIC or an active license from the relevant regulatory authority
- Enterprise must not have any violations from Tamkeen, LMRA, SIO or any other relevant government entity
- Enterprise is not classified as a holding company, charity, or non-governmental organization (NGO)
- Enterprise is not owned, directly or indirectly, by a government entity with a shareholding of 50% or more

Support Mechanism
We will support up to 50% of eligible costs for the adoption of digital tools and solutions, subject to program terms, caps, and conditions
Support is provided on a reimbursement basis upon successful implementation and three (3) months of utilization

- Main business bank account statements covering the last 3 months
- Pictures of the premises
- Quotations from legally registered third-party service providers
- Additional supporting documents may be required

Are hardware and devices supported?
No, support is limited to software solutions and services.
Hardware, devices, training costs, and basic productivity tools are not eligible.

Can I choose any digital tool provider?
Enterprises may apply for their preferred software solutions and service providers, provided the solution aligns with their business activities and meets the program’s eligibility requirements.

How long is the contract duration?
The contract duration is 24 months.

Are Virtual CRs eligible for the support?
No, Virtual CRs are not eligible. The program supports enterprises with a physical presence that incur operational expenses.

Which sectors does the support cover?
All sectors are eligible.

Can my company benefit if I previously benefited from Tamkeen programs?
Yes. However, overlap is not permitted with the Start Your Business Program or Digital Solutions Program or Business Growth.

What percentage of costs does Tamkeen support?
Tamkeen supports up to 50% of eligible costs for the adoption of digital tools and solutions on a reimbursement basis, upon successful implementation and three (3) months of utilization.
