The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” announced its support for “Havelock One” as part of its ongoing efforts to promote the digital transformation of local enterprises through the adoption of advanced technological solutions aligned with the principles of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This support aims to enhance its production processes by investing in smart machinery and equipment, including robotics, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and advanced software systems. The initiative focuses on automation and Artificial Intelligence to drive operations efficiency and improve productivity.
This announcement was made on the sidelines of the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum 2025, hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in its third edition from November 2nd to 3rd 2025. This initiative aligns with the Smart Factories (iFactories) initiative launched by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to accelerate digital transformation across the industrial sector. It further contributes to the company’s regional expansion by enabling the export of its products to various GCC countries, covering a wide range of projects in hospitality, retail, commercial, and residential sectors.
The announcement also aligns with Tamkeen’s strategic priorities for 2025, which focus on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development in the private sector, and prioritizing enterprise growth, digitization and sustainability.
On this occasion, Her Excellency Ms. Maha Abdulhameed Mofeez, Chief Executive of the Labour Fund “Tamkeen” said: “We are proud to support promising Bahraini enterprises that strive to adopt advanced technological solutions, as such efforts have a positive impact on their growth, sustainability, and productivity — ultimately leading to the creation of quality employment opportunities for local talent.”

Through this support, Tamkeen aims not only to enhance operational efficiency but also serves as a key driver for creating specialized and high-value job opportunities that align with the company’s ambitions and invest in the capabilities of national talent — thereby reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a regional hub for technological innovation.”
