Tamkeen announces Bahraini company “DOO” as an approved service provider in the Digital Enablement Program
The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” announced “DOO” – an AI-powered platform specializing in enhancing customer experience for enterprises – has joined its list of approved service providers under the Digital Enablement Program.
The Digital Enablement Program, launched by Tamkeen earlier this year, features two main tracks: the first track provides access to digital solutions through partnered service providers, offering innovative tools designed to boost productivity and meet diverse business needs. The second track allows enterprises to choose their own service providers to deliver the digital solutions that best suit their operational needs.
As a result, enterprises will now be able to benefit from the services offered by “DOO” as part of the support provided under the first track of the Digital Enablement Program. This track enables businesses to access digital solutions delivered in collaboration with approved service providers, by equipping them with innovative tools that boost productivity, meet their business needs and are fully supported by “Tamkeen”.
With its advanced AI platform, “DOO” will provide four core services: an AI-Powered Virtual Assistant, a CRM AI Chatbot, AI Marketing Tool and Predictive AI Analytics. These services are designed to help enterprises improve and increase customer engagement as well as boost sales through personalized multilingual support. The platform enables automation of responses on applications such as WhatsApp and Instagram, in addition to offering AI-driver support services that are tailored and aligned with the enterprise’s brand identity. This contributes to reducing operational costs, improving service quality and enhancing the overall customer experience.
