• how you got to App;  
• the pages you visit on App;  
• how long you spend on each page; and  
• what you click on while you are visiting App.

These essential cookies are used to perform basic functions such as remember your progress through a form (for example a Registration form).

Our App is linked with other external services that are run by other entities, such as Tawasul, the e-Government National Suggestion and Complaint system. These services may set additional cookies and, if so, will have their own cookie policy. We have no direct control over the information that is collected by the third party cookies.
