Tamkeen Launches the Digital Enablement Program to Support Enterprises in Adopting Innovative Digital Solutions

• The Digital Enablement Program consists of two main tracks: 
  • Track One: Providing digital solutions in collaboration with partnered digital solutions providers. 
  • Track Two: Allowing enterprises to choose their preferred service provider based on their specific needs. 

The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” announced the launch of the Digital Enablement Program, aimed at supporting enterprises in enhancing their operations by adopting digital tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency and increase overall productivity. 

The program features two main tracks: The first track provides access to digital solutions through partnered service providers, offering innovative tools designed to boost productivity and meet diverse business needs. The second track allows enterprises to choose their own service providers to deliver the digital solutions that best suit their operational needs. 

On this occasion, Her Excellency Ms. Maha Abdulhameed Mofeez, Chief Executive of the Labour Fund Tamkeen, emphasized that the launch of the Digital Enablement Program complements Tamkeen’s ongoing efforts to support enterprises through a wide range of initiatives. She stated that the program seeks to encourage enterprises to adopt innovative digital solutions that will enhance operational processes, improve productivity, and positively contribute to the national economy, while also creating more high-quality job opportunities for Bahraini talent. 

This program comes as part of Tamkeen’s strategic priorities for 2025 which focuses on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development in the private sector, and prioritizing enterprise growth, digitization and sustainability, and supporting the development of the ecosystem surrounding the labor market and private sector.
