» Introduction:

The programme’s main objective is to provide support to Business owners and existing employees in leadership and HR roles of enterprises by enhancing their competencies in the areas of HR and Leadership. This programme targets 1,600 candidates for the workshops, and 800 for the certification both in Arabic and in English. Candidates may approach different training providers; for leadership workshops: BIRD with Wilson and Learning, BIBF with ILM, and HR workshops from BIRD with SHRI, Singapore, and Third Wave International (TWI) with Deakin Prime, Australia. In addition to that, for leadership certification with Al Moalem institute with ASMC, BIBF with CMI and for HR certification from Golden Trust with IHRME, and BIBF with CIPD.

» Benefits:

Tamkeen will cover the full cost of the workshops/ certification. Also, employees will be trained on different aspects such as enterprise management, strategic planning, leadership, marketing management, HR management, performance management, training and development, recruitment, salaries and benefits, Bahrain labour law, and quality systems for HR management.

» Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant must be of Bahraini Nationality.
• The applicant must be working full time in the private sector.
  For leadership workshops/certification:
• The applicant must hold an leadership role, or manager, or a business owner.
• For HR workshops/ certification:
• The applicant must be an HR supervisor, a professional, manager, or a business owner.
• The applicant should pass the screening test.
