At Tamkeen, we appreciate the talent related challenges faced by the Bahraini private sector, and have partnered with Aon Hewitt, a leading global human resource consulting firm, for Qudurat- A landmark study into the strengths, preferences and orientations of employees in the workplace.

Qudurat is a pioneering research initiative focused on understanding what drives and motivates talent in the region, with an emphasis on understanding national talent. The study is the first and largest workplace study of its kind.

The research is fully funded by Aon Hewitt, and there are no financial implications for any organization to take part in the study.

Tamkeen and Aon Hewitt are now inviting participation for Wave II of the study.

An in-depth understanding of Qudurat’s research findings and analysis will:

• Help inform your existing national talent attraction, development and retention programs
• Provide insights on how demographic factors such as age, gender and education impact orientation and engagement at work for all employee groups
• Help strengthen existing HR programs and policies around talent and performance management, leadership and career development as well as communication and change within your organizations

As a participating organization, you will receive a detailed report with the findings and insights from small enterprises, compared with country and GCC benchmarks. The study is extremely simple to complete, and involves completing a brief online survey, available in both English and Arabic.

To participate in the study, simply circulate the link below to all your employees. Everybody who completes the questionnaire will receive an individual customized profile summary report on their workplace strengths and preferences based on their survey response in the survey.
