Inter-school activities have been concluded by participating schools in the A9eel schools’ festivals for the selection of the project winner, who will participate in the concluding A9eel festival are which will be held on 22nd of June.

On her part, Senior Manager, Human Capital Development at Tamkeen, Ms. Amal Kooheji, said: "Tamkeen has launched the A9eel programme over several phases starting with a media campaign, and an inter-school festival, and a course designed to be taught in school. The Teachers’ College has trained teachers who will teach the A9eel course, which was prepared in collaboration with the Teachers’ College and external expertise. "

Furthermore, Ms. Kooheji said "The course is neither academic nor theoretical, rather each lesson will aim at instilling certain values and principles, through various activities and dialogues with the students. We encourage students who enter the programme to work on a project that aims at describing one of the principles taught during the course.  Students will then present their project during the final session before all participants and a vote for the best project will be held to represent each school during the A9eel festival which will be held by Tamkeen on the 22nd of this month. "
